What's the best method of payment?
You can complete your sponsorship a few different ways:

Fill out our Sponsorship Commitment Form and send back to the CF Foundation

We are also happy to provide an invoice and/or W9 if needed - email Linda.
How will my guests and I get into the event?
We will be sending out VIP wristbands to your company's mailing address unless other arrangements are made. We will have will call available if you'd prefer. Wristbands will include a QR code that leads you to information and resources for the event.
what can i expecT?
St. Patrick's Day party like no other! With delicious food tastings and fully-stocked open bar, our Taste of ShamRockin' and Beverage Partners won't disappoint. But that's not all - our silent and live auctions are packed with unique items you won't want to miss. And let's not forget about the live music and dancing - it's time to ShamROCK the night away and raise money for cystic fibrosis while having a great time! Local pop artist Justin Borgman and his band will headline the event again in 2024.
HOW DO I BID ON AUCTION ITEMS?
No need to leave the dance floor to check on your bids! MOBILE BIDDING will allow you to browse items both in person, and on your phone. Place your bids with the web-based app with just a few clicks! Save time - register and set your bids ahead of time. Set your MAX BIDS and the the program will bid automatically for you! Links to register will be sent out the week of ShamRockin'.

WHEN DOES THE PARTY START AND END?
Sponsor admission gates open at 6:00PM and we'll ShamRock until 11PM!
directions and parking?
We're officially making Union Hill Park our ShamHOME! Union Hill Park is just off Windward Pkwy and Union Hill Rd. The address for GPS is 1590 Little Pine Trail, Alpharetta 30005. There are parking spots available at the ZKTeco building next to the park. A small path between this lot and the park is a quick walk to the party. Overflow parking will be available and a shuttle will pick you up and drop you off.
